Purpose

FitCoach is a training and nutrition tracking app. These terms apply to the app, to this site and to the FitCoach account.

The account

The account is personal. You answer for what is done with it, and you can delete it whenever you like.

The subscription

The Premium subscription opens the features listed on the pricing page, for the period paid for. It renews until it is stopped.

Prices

The prices in force are those shown on the pricing page when the subscription is taken. A subscription taken in the App Store or on Google Play also follows the store's own rules.

To decide To be completed once the prices are settled: amounts, periods, taxes, right of withdrawal.

The community

What you post is yours and binds you. Insulting, hateful, misleading or health-endangering content is taken down, and the account that posted it may be closed.

Health

FitCoach gives general training advice. It is not a medical service, and it does not replace a professional opinion. In case of pain, injury, pregnancy or illness, ask for medical advice before following a programme.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. The publisher does what it takes to make it work, without guaranteeing that it is free of every error or that the server is always available.

Changes

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here, with its date.
